Required Information
  • Name, DOB, SS#, address, place of employment, crime and date of conviction.
  • Submit to fingerprints and photographs.
  • Submit DNA samples to offender database.
Required to Register
  • All sex offenders convicted after July 1, 1995.
  • All sex offenders convicted and still incarcerated or on probation or parole as of July 1, 1995.
Duration of Registration
  • 10 to 20 years or life, depending upon the conviction.
Penalty for Non-compliance
  • 4th degree felony, one year in prison.
  • 3rd degree felony for repeat offenses.
